If you are not completely satisfied with a product, BT will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

For any exchange or refund we need the original receipt and the product must be in its original carton with intact UPC bar code, original packaging, and contain all accessories. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned, it may only be exchanged for the same product by returning the item to the Boardwalk Telecom, where original purchase was made.

Restocking fees will be applied to any product not returned in “like new condition”. Televisions, digital cameras, camcorders, printers, and radar detectors must be returned within 7 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Charges for installation and delivery services and other fees are refundable after the services have been performed. Delivery and installation services not originally paid for and not performed by BE, but subsequently have to be done to satisfy our customer, will be charged the current price of any additional service provided.

All refunds will be issued as paid, except for cash over $100; a check from our home office will be issued within 30 days for the return date.


All of our Major Appliance purchases delivered to your home are covered by their in home warranty program. We will assist you with how to contact the manufacturer of any appliance purchased at BE.

We strongly recommend obtaining of extended warranties for all Major Electronic and Major Appliance purchases. Your BT sales consultant can assist you with purchasing an extended warranty to ensure years of trouble free use.
